Everything you can add to PeerPath
Twenty things, in one list. Seven are modules we build and run. Thirteen connect something you use elsewhere, and two of those need nothing from you at all.
AI reviewer helper
Shortens the first read by surfacing what an editor checks on every submission.
Production
Track accepted work through production inside PeerPath, with production editor, language editor and typesetter roles.
Typesetting
Typeset layout as a stage in the workflow, with the file returned to the record it came from.
Publish
A public portal for accepted work, published straight from the decision.
SFTP export
Scheduled file delivery to any system that accepts it. The pragmatic route when there is no API project.
Salesforce
Push submission and decision data into Salesforce as it happens.
Webhooks
Send events to any endpoint you control, the moment they occur.
iThenticate
Similarity checking from the manuscript Details tab. Run it at any point during review, and the report comes back to the same place.
Compilatio
Similarity checking, as an alternative to iThenticate.
STM Integrity Hub
Paper mill and duplicate submission signals, checked at intake.
Penelope
Checks a manuscript against your own guidelines before the author submits, so neither side reworks it afterwards.
Prophy
A ranked list of fifty candidate reviewers for a manuscript, expandable if fifty is not enough.
Web of Science Reviewer Locator
Additional reviewer finding for journals subscribing through Web of Science.
Publons
Reviewers receive recognition for completed reviews on their Publons profile.
ORCID
Persistent author identity, linked when an account is created, with co-authors confirming from the submission alert email.
ROR
Persistent identifiers for institutions, in every form where a user is added, linked to Geonames for location.
Single sign on
SAML and OIDC, with roles mapped from your own directory groups.
Crossref
DOI deposit and metadata registration on acceptance, using the metadata already validated at submission.
ChronosHub
Article charge handling and funder agreement lookup.
Looker Studio
Your review data in the reporting tool your board already opens.
One falls as you grow. The other rises.
Add-ons carry a real cost for every submission that uses them, and that cost dilutes at scale. Integrations are priced yearly per project, so the more projects you run the more they come to.
Nine of these need a subscription you hold, not us
Where a service is licensed by you rather than by us, the page says so. Nothing here quietly assumes you already pay for something.
Tell us what you review.
We will show you the workflow.
Send us the outline of your process and we will build it in a session with you.
